1;  exercise karne se stamina barhta he.

2;  exercise karne se active rehte hain.

3;  exercise karne se dil ki bimari nahi hoti.

4;   exercise karne se blood pressure  ki bimari nahi hoti.

5;  exercise karne se kabhi jorhon ki bimari nahi hoti.
