1;  dahi ki lassi pine se kamzori,piyas aur badhazmi se bacha ja sakta he.

2;  sehri men 5 khajooren khane se poora din jism men glucose ki kami waqia nahi hogi.

3;  roti ke sath daal ya kam roghan wali ghiza ko tarjeeh den.

4;  taza phalon ka juice aur khajoor ka istemal zarur karen.

5;  1 cup doodh men 1 cup pani mila kar pine se poore din tawanai hasil hogi aur piyas nahi lage gi.

6;  apni sehri men jao ka dalya,doodh aur shehed ke sath zarur tanavul farmaen taake fiber hasil ho.jis se aanton men khushki nahi hogi.

7;  sehat mand roze ke liye bharpoor sehri zaruri he.jitna mumkin ho parathe,roghani aur tez mirch masalhe wale khanon se parhez karen.
